It’s officially a week after New Years, making it okay to start talking about alcohol again.
They’re taking the Supper Club idea to the next level by “collaborating with top Portland chefs, challenging them to come into their urban winery and put together a multi-course dinner that pushes culinary boundaries while amazing diners senses”. Was your mind just blown?
Then they’re putting their resident wineries to the test to pair their wines and inspirational wines with these dinners, often cuisine they’ve never worked with before. It’s basically like an action movie at this point – tense, sweaty palm action, nervousness, but ultimately not wanting it to end…except for the fact there is food at this ending.
Guests are invited to take part in the excitement by doing the easy stuff like, sitting back and enjoying how these two elements come together to create a unique, social dining experience. We’re invited to come help them kick off their yearlong Supper Club series by tasting bites from participating restaurants such as Roe, St. Jack and Coquine PDX and sipping wines from Vincent Wine Company and Division Winemaking Company, two of Collective wineries that will be featured during the dinners. Let’s just say we’re drooling already.
