Nestled in at Sherman Oaks, KIDinaKORNER Kampus had a massive art and fashion Sunday mARTket. It was the first of many markets about to happen via YesJulz’ 1am Creative. Hundreds of people chilled by the pool, sipped on boozy lemonade, picked up some new threads while enjoying their Sunday.
The top LA fashion and art vendors were there such as Made, Nothing Crazy At All, Left Hand, Lace by Tanya, Pink Baby, 730t, Schwann, & From Gray Scale. Tony Camaro, the pop-artist gave out free doodles, joints were flowing thanks to Chronciere & 1am DJ Mia Carrucci played all your favorite Sunday jams all put on by YesJulz herself. Be sure to come through to the next one at Art Basel & Cali. Issa vibe!
We strolled around the Rose City Cemetery recently and did a dark photo shoot. It’s a beautiful cemetery but we were inspired by the underworld beneath us. Check out all of the photos that Caitlin Webb shot for our Rose City Cemetery look book.
Even though our beloved Blazers didn’t make it past the Grizzlies, we are still going to celebrate their season with an art show! Stop by Gallery 135: PDX on Thursday, May 7 from 6-10pm for BLAZERMANIA. Trillblazin and Spikes High have come together for BLAZERMANIA, an art show which brings Rip City’s love of art and combines the Portland Trail Blazers. Sporty art.
There will be over 30 designers and artists from Portland (and beyond) who have created a unique collection of Blazer-themed art. We will be highlighting some of the artist who are participating this week, so make sure to come back to learn more about the artist before the show.
Mark down BLAZERMANIA for your Thursday evening plans. Entry is free for all ages and drinks will be served (21+). Be on the look out for some very special BLAZERMANIA merchandise, too.
