Each year, What The Festival marks the beginning of summer in the PNW for us. The Splash pool is nothing more than summer on steroids – beautiful people grooving to loud, booming music. Camping at Wolf Run Ranch while hanging out with your friends surrounded by Mt. Hood is perfection.
This year, we were blown away by how many Portland artist & DJs took over the 8 stages. The talent from Portland was stacked with The Last Artful, Dodgr & Neill Von Tally kicking of Friday night. Later that night, at the ultra vibey Shinto Stage, Barisone had a dope, down tempo set. Throughout the rest of the weekend, Tyler Tastemaker, Mr. Wu, Reva DeVito, Eastghost & the whole Stylss crew really made a mark on the WTF?! line up.
The What The Fest family does a fantastic job hosting the 8k festival goers. It’s truly the best boutique festival out there in our opinion. Make sure to add WTF?! 2018 to your calendar.
Our friend & beat making mastermind Pomo took a minute out of his busy West Coast tour to shoot some portrait with us. He’s a humble Vancouver dude about to move down to sunny LA. We are excited to see what this creative guy does this summer. He’s sure to make another banging beat like Dang!

Merely five years ago, only a handful of people had ever heard of Dufur, Oregon. Fast forward to June 2016: What The Festival is in it’s fifth year and proudly calls Wolf Run Ranch in Dufur, Oregon its faithful home.
This year the festival sold out a day before and attracted the biggest audience it ever had. Festivalgoers traveled from Northern California to Alberta, B.C. and a huge Portland crowd showed up. The event didn’t seem overly crowded with the additional bodies. An extra pool was added to the Splash Stag to help accommodate, as well as more food vendors and bars scattered around the new stages and camping area.
