WAXED OUT delivers new music to keep your record collection fresh & stacked to the ceiling

Last week we headed to Austin, TX for SXSW, in hopes of catching some shows and meeting the artists. Well we did, and everyone we met were really cool and down to talk. While we are working on a full recap, we wanted to give you a glance at some of the artists we interviewed down south.
In case you didn’t see our interview with Aminé, you should definitely peep game. We caught his SXSW performance as well as chatted about upcoming releases, one of which was his short film, “Emotional Relief.”
We caught Raz Simone performing on 6th street with a live band and knew we had to interview him. The Seattle MC has been working hard for some time now, and you can listen to his brand new album, “Cognitive Dissonance.”
While waiting for another show to begin, we happened upon The Mohicans rocking a set at The Lodge. These guys had a cool, laid back dance vibe to their show and we saw talking with them fit. They rep Dallas, TX and have a mixtape called “Uncas.”
SPAC3MAN isn’t new to the rap game by any means, but meeting him was definitely a new experience for us. He gave a great interview regarding the state of Seattle hop-hop, collaborating with Jake One and his plans for the future.
Stay tuned for interviews and footage to come!
